is a low-foaming wheel washing concentrate for the manual or automatic cleaning of steel rims and alloy rims with acid-resistant coating. It easily removes road grime and even persistant soilings such as burnt-in brake dust or rubber and oil residues, making it ideal for pre-cleaning heavily soiled car and truck tires in car washes. Acid-stable defoaming components enable both wiping and spraying methods. When adhering to dosage, exposure time, and application areas, materials such as rubber, plastics, steel, and protected aluminum are not affected. protigo Alpha 14 is fast-seperating, free of AOX, and easily biodegradable after neutralization.
protigo | Antifreeze N -10
was specially developed for use as a radiator fluid in internal combustion engines. It provides frost protection in the cooling circuit down to -10 °C and protects system components made of copper, soft solder, brass, steel, grey cast iron and cast aluminium very effectively against corrosion. As a modern coolant, it is free of carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances (CMR substances) and does not contain nitrites, amines, borates, silicates or phosphates. Due to the high boiling point of the ingredients, protigo Antifreeze N -10 is longterm-stable, so that even after years of use there is no loss of concentration or phase separation. It is not suitable for use in the food or medical sector.

is a powerful rust film remover for fast and complete cleaning of rusted steel and iron parts and many other surfaces such as painted vehicle surfaces, glass, rubber and almost all plastics. The combination of selected surfactants and effective acids ensures that rust is quickly dissolved, while corrosion inhibitors protect the metals.
protigo | Cockpit Care
is a deep care product for all plastic parts in the vehicle interior. It restores shine, protects against UV rays and embrittlement, reduces dust adhesion by means of antistatic components and restores the original colour intensity. Other materials such as sensitive aluminum are not altered in the process. In a test against a branded product protigo Cockpit Care demonstrated significantly better adhesion which leads to a longer preservation of the material-caring properties providing more sustainable protection for the plastic material. It is label-free (according to CLP) and easily biodegradable.

is ideal for removing oil, grease, wax, soot, resin, oil carbon, tar, bitumen, adhesive residues and other greasy soiling. It evaporates particularly quickly and residue-free and is neutral towards materials made of iron, steel, light and non-ferrous metals, glass, ceramics, etc., making it universally applicable for cleaning surfaces before a subsequent operation such as painting, priming, anodizing, printing or coating. Plastics, elastomers, rubber and seals should be tested for resistance beforehand. Uncured paints and varnishes can be dissolved. protigo Kaltreiniger 1149 does not form an emulsion with water and therefore ensures trouble-free operation of a light liquid separator. It contains no halogenated hydrocarbons, is low in aromatics (< 0.1% benzene) and readily biodegradable. Undiluted application by spraying, brushing or immersion.

It quickly and thoroughly removes rust film and thin layers of rust, as well as mineral contaminants such as limescales and slightly greasy contaminants from all acid-resistant surfaces. It is also a highly effective acidic cleaner for the gentle exterior cleaning of car bodies as well as metal sheets, steel, iron and cast iron parts in the construction sector and numerous other application areas. protigo Flugrostentferner contains no halogenated hydrocarbons and no aliphatic and/or aromatic hydrocarbons. The cleaner therefore does not contribute to the AOX content or the hydrocarbon pollution of the wastewater. The contained surfactants meet the criteria for complete aerobic biodegradability as defined in Annex III of Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 on detergents.

is a powerful, material-compatible machine, floor and workshop cleaner concentrate that does not require labelling according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation). It is characterised by excellent cleaning properties against oily and greasy soiling as well as road dirt and starchy soiling, as typically occurs on agricultural vehicles and equipment, e.g. due to potato or grain residues. protigo Gamma 11 can be used on all water-resistant surfaces such as concrete and tiled floors, wall tiles, PVC and laminate, as well as plastic and stainless steel surfaces, painted components, steel and alloy rims, truck tarpaulins and convertible top materials, as well as for interior cleaning of vehicles.

is a powerful and at the same time particularly material-compatible universal cleaner for typical requirements in workshops for cleaning machines, vehicles and floors. It independently dissolves oily and greasy soiling, waxes, starch residues and other organic deposits from all water-resistant surfaces such as concrete and tiled floors, wall tiles, PVC and laminate as well as plastic and stainless steel surfaces and painted components on vehicles, rims and other washable surfaces. The surfactant spectrum efficacy gives the mildly alkaline universal workshop cleaner a convincing cleaning performance that exceeded that of an alkaline benchmark product in a comparative test.

is a highly effective, alkaline cleaner for paint gentle pre-treatment of cars and trucks with persistent soiling such as resin or insect residues. It quickly and thoroughly removes dirt from glass, paint, chrome and plastic parts. It is also ideal for cleaning truck tarpaulins. protigo Insektenreiniger + contains no halogenated hydrocarbons and no aliphatic and/or aromatic hydrocarbons. The cleaner therefore does not contribute to the AOX content as well as to the hydrocarbon load of the wastewater.

The disturbing odour is not covered with fragrances, but the odour molecules themselves are absorbed. In the process, the odour remover leaves no residue and does not cause staining, even with partial surface treatment.

is a special care product for smooth leather, e.g. leather bags, seating furniture, shoes and especially car leather seats without covering finish, e.g. in a breathable finish. The combination of premium active ingredients keeps the leather soft and smooth. The lotion penetrates immediately and leaves a silky shine without being greasy. Layer build-up and easier re-soiling are prevented, which is particularly important for the care of perforated leather covers, such as those used in active seat ventilation for optimum air exchange in the seat upholstery. protigo Omikron 20 is suitable for all smooth leathers. It can also be grained, embossed, textured or shrunk. The product is not suitable for patent leather and full-grain leather (popularly known as "suede"), e.g. nubuck leather, velour leather or split velour leather.

the powerful and likewise mild emulsion cleans and preserves automotive solid and metallic paints and surfaces coated with polyurethane paint, such as those used on yachts, in one step. The product gives painted surfaces a new, brilliant shine and removes greying caused by weathering. Natural carnauba wax, high-melting synthetic hard waxes and powerful silicone wax and resin emulsions provide excellent hydrophobic performance and protect the treated surfaces from weathering effects for a long time. protigo Omikron 52 is therefore the ideal paint cleaning and care product for all coloured and metallic paints. The mild care emulsion is also suitable for numerous painted plastic parts.

Contained oils provide lasting lubrication and eliminate squeaking. Selected protective components provide temporary corrosion protection. protigo Rho 40: is free of silicone, PTFE and AOX. Steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals, as well as many plastics and most paints, will not be affected, as is the case for comparable products. It can be applied environmentally friendly without propellant gas as a pump spray by means of pressure pump spray bottles, through brushing or dipping.

is a high active special cleaner designed for the thorough, self-cleaning and quick removal of oil, grease, resinified residues, brake dust and similar fine-grained soiling. Therefore, it is ideal for cleaning brakes, clutches, engine and gearbox housings, as well as other metal workpieces such as metal sheets and plates of all kinds, including non-ferrous and light metals. The aerosol formulation makes the application particularly easy. protigo Schnellentfetter 1358 contains no adsorbable organic halogen compounds (AOX, CFCs) and is silicone-free. It is based on material-friendly hydrocarbons and evaporates without residues, making it suitable for use in hygienically demanding environments.

is a windscreen cleaning concentrate with frost protection up to -55 °C for use in all types of vehicles, which has been awarded top marks in the Dekra test in the category of cleaning performance. Road salt, oily dirt films and light frost are removed in seconds, thus enabling unobstructed view. Material compatibility with various plastics such as sensitive polycarbonate glass, rubber, common metals and paints has also been confirmed. Of course, protigo Screenwash Premium -55 C can be used in the recommended dilution for application of 1:1 (frost protection down to -55 °C) with fan nozzles. All ingredients are easily biodegradable.

is a powerful highly concentrated cleaner for car windscreen washer systems in summer. It removes insect residues, pollen, tree resin, car wash wax residues and similar dirt in seconds and without streaking. At the same time, protigo Sigma 51 in the recommended application concentration has an excellent material compatibility, due to the absence of solvents. Paint, metals, rubber and plastic parts, especially sensitive polycarbonate head-lamp lenses, will not be affected. Of course, all active ingredients are easily biodegradable. protigo Sigma 51 does not contain any frost protection components and should therefore only be used at temperatures above 5 °C.

is used for streak-free cleaning of all glass and mirror surfaces in and on the vehicle and in the field of professional building cleaning. protigo Fensterreiniger III easily removes greasy and oily soilings as well as water-soluble dirt with active degreasing ingredients. Specific removal of isolated stain (e.g. fingerprints) is also possible without cleaning the entire window pane. The material-compatible formula also allows cleaning of plastic and painted surfaces, e.g. window frames and rubber seals. The product does not require labelling according to the CLP regulation (as of 12/2021).

Aluminum and brass are not affected at the recommended dosage, only an optical brightening is possible. Volatile and strong-smelling components such as acetic acid or formic acid have been omitted to avoid respiratory air pollution during use. The organic components are easily biodegradable, and the inorganic components do not contribute to eutrophication. protigo Bioschnellentkalker 109 does not mobilize heavy metals like pure citric acid.

is mainly used as a temporary intermediate preservation and has not to be removed before further processing such as milling, drilling, turning, etc. The combination of dewatering properties and a protective film prevents water and oxygen from reaching the metal surface, thus providing an effective temporary corrosion protection. protigo Konservierung PA 1005 is based on high-boiling solvents and is therefore not classified as flammable.
protigo | My2 – Neutralreiniger 3176
is an aqueous, mildly alkaline product with anti-corrosion properties for the cleaning of metal surfaces after processing with drilling and cutting tools and, in higher concentrations, also for removing of hardening oils. Depending on the pump pressure (0.5 - 4 bar) and system concept, it can be sprayed in a single-chamber spraying system even at room temperature. The neutral cleaner is partially emulsifying, so that unintentionally present oils and greases can be separated in appropriate systems. After application, a subsequent rinsing process can be omitted, as the cleaned parts have a temporary corrosion protection after drying and are free of stains.

is a universal cleaning concentrate for industrial and commercial use for a material-compatible cleaning of engines, machines, tools and other goods made of steel, light and non-ferrous metals. Oils, greases, soot and other persistent soilings will be removed without leaving residues. After cleaning, selected protective components provide temporary corrosion protection on ferrous materials. The neutral cleaner is demulsifying, so that oils and greases can be separated with usual separators and thus the service life of the bath can be extended. protigo My 10 K can be used in a temperature range of 20 °C - 80 °C in ultrasonic, brush and immersion processes as well as, in lower concentrations, in spraying systems.

is a neutral, water-soluble cleaning and degreasing concentrate designed for cleaning surfaces of any kind, intended for universal use in industrial and commercial settings. Due to the mild and neutral nature, iron, steel, non-ferrous and light metals, plastics as well as surfaces will generally not be affected. It removes oils, greases, soot, and other persistant soiling from engines, machinery, tools, or vehicles without leaving any residue and is suitable for use in electroplating as a substitute for hydrocarbon-based cleaners. The application can be carried out both by ultrasonic method and by brushing or dip coating.

combines rust protection and lubricating properties for ideal use in workshops and industry for the repair, maintenance and care of mechanical metal workpieces such as screws, hinges or other joints. It quickly creeps into fine gaps, infiltrating dirt, rust and moisture and making it easier to loosen stuck nuts or clamps and remove hardened dirt. The oils it contains ensure lasting lubrication and eliminate squeaking. Selected protective components provide temporary corrosion protection. protigo Rho 40 is free of silicone, PTFE and AOX. As with comparable products, steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals as well as many plastics and most paints are not attacked. It can be applied in an environmentally friendly way without propellant gas as a pump spray, using pressure pump spray bottles by brushing or dipping.

is a water-miscible passivation concentrate for a temporary corrosion protection after pickling, degreasing, cleaning or phosphating of metallic surfaces. An acidic, alkaline or neutral treatment of metals can remove metal oxides as well as soiling and subsequently, the surface can be sensitised by it. As a result, flash rust can occur. By applying passivation MTC, a temporary corrosion protection layer is applied to ferrous metals, which protects the surface from this. In many cases, the parts can be processed directly. protigo Rho 71 – Passivierung MTCis suitable for a use in spraying systems and immersion plants and can be added directly to many non-acidic cleaners. It has also proven useful in use as a press water additive, in cooling and hydraulic water and in leak tests.

is a highly active special cleaner for the thorough, self-acting and rapid removal of oil, grease, resinified residues, brake dust and similar fine-grained soiling and is therefore ideal for cleaning brakes, clutches, engine and gearbox housings, as well as other metal workpieces such as sheet metal and plates of all kinds, including non-ferrous and light metals. The formula as aerosol makes the application particularly easy. protigo Schnellentfetter 1358 does not contain any adsorbable organic halogen compounds (AOX, CFC) and is silicone-free. It is based on hydrocarbons that are gentle on materials and evaporates without leaving residues, which means it can also be used in the environment of hygienically demanding areas.

is a universally usable mixture of aliphatic and cycloaliphatic hydrocarbons. It is very suitable for a thorough and fast cleaning of brakes, clutches, engine and transmission cases and other metal parts. Oil, grease, resin residues, brake dust and other soiling will be dissolved independently.

is a powerful rust film remover for fast and complete cleaning of rusted steel and iron parts and many other surfaces such as painted vehicle surfaces, glass, rubber and almost all plastics. The combination of selected surfactants and effective acids ensures that rust is quickly dissolved, while corrosion inhibitors protect the metals.

is used for streak-free cleaning of all glass and mirror surfaces in and on the vehicle and in the field of professional building cleaning. protigo Fensterreiniger III easily removes greasy and oily soilings as well as water-soluble dirt with active degreasing ingredients. Specific removal of isolated stain (e.g. fingerprints) is also possible without cleaning the entire window pane. The material-compatible formula also allows cleaning of plastic and painted surfaces, e.g. window frames and rubber seals. The product does not require labelling according to the CLP regulation (as of 12/2021).

powerfully and thoroughly removes persistent oil and grease soiling from surfaces made of stainless steel, chrome, brass, anodised and enamelled metal surfaces as well as light and non-ferrous metals on vehicles, in boat building, in technology, in the household and in factories/companies (cutting and drilling oils as well as dust and other processing residues are thoroughly removed). Metals are optimally prepared for further restoration, processing or care. In food processing areas (e.g. commercial kitchens, canteens, slaughterhouses), food residues and burnt-on residues are dissolved and removed independently and easily by the stainless steel power cleaner. The stainless steel power cleaner does not affect paint, rubber, plastics and seals and does not contain any raw materials of animal origin. It is ethanol-free.

the powerful and likewise mild emulsion cleans and preserves automotive solid and metallic paints and surfaces coated with polyurethane paint, such as those used on yachts, in one step. The product gives painted surfaces a new, brilliant shine and removes greying caused by weathering. Natural carnauba wax, high-melting synthetic hard waxes and powerful silicone wax and resin emulsions provide excellent hydrophobic performance and protect the treated surfaces from weathering effects for a long time. protigo Omikron 52 is therefore the ideal paint cleaning and care product for all coloured and metallic paints.
